When we lose health insurance rights?
Health rights of individuals who provide their own expense - freelancers, craft Registry, sole proprietors, owners or partners in commercial companies, individuals - members of unincorporated associations, registered farmers or tobacco seafarers persons provided under Art. 40, para. 5 of the Health Insurance Act - break if they are not importing more than three monthly health insurance contributions for a period of 36 months. This period is counted until the beginning of the month preceding the month in which the person has provided medical aid to be paid by the National Health Insurance Fund.
